Sonic CD is Re-released

Sonic CD was released originally on the SEGA CD on Novermber 19, 1983 in North America and is now about to make a comeback on all major digital platforms for $5. The release date was December 15th, but the PSN version is being released on Dec. 20th, and the Android and Windows Phone 7 version has been pushed back until the new year. Check out the release trailer and what’s been updated after the break.

Here’s what’s been updated:

• 60fps at all times
• Miles “Tails” Prower is now unlockable
• game reworked for widescreens
• you can now use the Sonic Spin Dash
• You can switch between the new and old soundtrack
